When the hybridoma has been raised in serum-free medium an Amicon ultra-filtration cell is used to produce the concentrate. Concentrate is produced by using ammonium sulfate precipitation of tissue culture supernatant when it contains fetal calf serum. Both methods yield approximately a 10-fold concentration product of supernatant. Antibody concentration is provided on a database sheet supplied with each order. |
|
** |
Frozen or growing cells (hybridoma cell lines) are shipped with full identification data, an outline of recommended protocols for culture and passage, all products are mycoplasma negative. | |
