Depositor Notes: Als2 is a large glycoprotein on the surface of C. albicans yeast and hyphae. Similar to other proteins in the Als family, it has a peptide-binding cavity in its N-terminal domain that is capable of binding peptide ligands. Synthesis by P. pastoris added N-linked glycosylation to the Als2 immunogen. EndoH was used to remove the glycosylation from the immunogen used to make the monoclonal antibody.
