Depositor Notes: Specific to SNB-1; by western blot, the wild type band was absent and a higher MW band of reduced intensity was observed in snb-1 mutant [md247]. Synaptobrevin is localized primarily to synaptic vesicles. By immunofluorescence microscopy on whole mount C. elegans fixed with methanol/acetone, staining was seen in the nerve ring, pharyngeal nervous system, and the ventral and dorsal nerve cords.
